MAPS OF

MAPS OF is a collaboration fronted by Nick Perlman on lead vocals and guitar, Andy Porta on drums and Seth Nicholson on bass with everyone lending their vocal talents. 

Each of them offers a wide range of musical influences, and because of it, everyone has something unique to bring to the table. Nick's minimalist, almost meditative fingerpicking work and emotive vocals juxtapose Seth's active, gospel-inspired, bass playing and harmonizing, and Andy's prog rock-influenced percussion ties it all together with movement and dynamism. 

Together they create a big sound that slips between numerous genres, from indie rock and alt-country to freak folk and haunting soundscapes. Each song lingers somewhere between the past and present and explores nostalgia, loss, and joy in equal measure.
